Wow, that fucking sucks.

I know what he was feeling though. But if he knew he was prone to panic attacks he should have had meds with him. It's one of the many reasons for the Valium and the reason I take Ativan.

Ativan is more fast acting and almost melts in your mouth and Valium takes a little longer to kick in, but lasts longer.

My panic attacks kind of range. I was at the dinner table one time and just thinking about everything and I got overwhelmed and just passed out, right off the chair and my mom tried catching me but it she just wasn't in time.

Another time I just was stressing, this time out loud. My parents weren't home. I had my stereo as loud as it could go, rattling the house. I started just throwing all of my stuff out the window, cause I just felt claustrophobic all of the sudden. My parents came home and couldn't get into the garage cause all my shit was in the driveway. My dad had to restrain me, I took double the meds I'm supposed to when that shit happens and just fell asleep. Woke up a few hours later and felt fine, till I kind of looked at the pile of stuff my parents brought back into my room that was broken or dented (college books).

Or just in the mall, I'll get a really dry mouth and be like I just need to go outside and I just race through people and push people out of the way and if they say anything I just say fuck you back because I know if someone started a fight with me at that time then I would most definitely win due to just having no other agenda on my mind, and not thinking of any consequences. It's hard to explain. When something like that is going on, the mall could have been giving away a million dollars and if I got that feeling I would still run out. Usually I don't run, just walk real fast to try not to bring more attention to myself.

It really sucks, and I have no idea why it happens, or how it started. I wish I knew.
