router help??? kinda
alright so me and my roommate have 2 router but we have alot of shit to hooked up so basically my router is acting like a switch i guess. the modem goes straight to his router then he has his 360 and computer hooked up to and another one of my roommates has his laptop hooked up to it then i got my cord from his router going to my router but instead of hooking it up to the wan port its in the 1spot so i can get a connection but the problem is that for some reason my laptop will lose it's connection and i have to completely restart it to get back on line it never did that before i moved in with my roommates it worked perfectly fine with my 360 i can stay online for hours but after 3 hours or so i have to restart my damn laptop :th_angryfire: does anybody have a clue what the problem maybe
