To the first 2 dudes.. 50's career has gone up and up and up non stop since he stated. Perhaps not his music career anymore, cause the dude clearly doesnt focus nearly as much on it as he used to. He does the music for fun now. But his career in general is climbing steadily and he's raking in mad cash. Good for him. If I was him I wouldnt care much about the music either. I enjoyed the album though, it had some good stuff, not the best album but it was decent.

Blame the quality of music, he's had 1 good album. The Massacre only sold big because it was anticipated to be a good album and wasn't. Massacre, Curtis, and BISD were all horrible albums to me.

What matters at the end of the day, for an artist of 50's caliber, is that people are still listening to his music, whether they get it for free or they buy it. At this point, 50 is making music because it's still his passion, not necessarily because he needs it to eat. Imagine if they tallied up how many times a person downloaded his album on Limewire or other P2P websites, that number would be HUGE. So 50 shouldn't worry because he's always relevant, whether he's being hated or liked, whether he's adding to his bank account or not.
