Yung Joc Sued Over Back Child Support E-mail

Rap star Yung Joc is being sued for back child support by the mother of his seven-year-old son, according to reports. Local Atlanta television channel WSB-TV reports that Yung Joc, born Jasiel Robinson, owes about $2,000 dollars in back child support.

According to Fatimah Jester, the rapper has made it difficult to collect payments for Yung Joc’s son Amoni.

“I never thought he would be putting me through some of the stuff I'm going through now. I can't even get in contact with him for things for my baby…it's just hard," Jester told WSB-TV. "Mr. Robinson has all kinds of cars, Bentleys, Mercedes Benz, Ranger Rovers, Two Range rovers.”

Jester says that while Yung Joc is earning millions through his career as a chart topping rapper, she and their son struggle financially on a day-to-day basis.

Lawyers for Jester are attempting to serve Yung Joc with court papers, but they have had difficulty locating the rapper.

The case will go before a judge on September 11.

If he is making money then his child support should reflect that. There is no reason for him not to be paying child support. Why would ANYONE suggest him leave his baby mom's in the hood?? That is so whack. Taking care of a child is very expensive and why should she be living in the hood after she has provided TLC to that child??? I know when my child support payments come in I am as happy as ever because my paycheck goes to electricity, gas, cell phone, household cleaners, toiletries (toothpaste, tissue, soap, etc), car insurance, car payment, rent, cable...really must I go on. She is more than entitled to leave just as cushy as he does while taking care of that child. Drew (who posted a comment) is probably that dude who doesn't pay child support and gives the mom a hard time. Some people could never know the amount of money, time,and effort it takes to raise a child. They say ignorance is bliss and Drew is proof. Black men need to stand up and do right by their children and the women who gave birth to them.
